ZEDFRAME is maintained by the developer reachable at @zedthereal on Telegram or miramiamiramia9@gmail.com for account and privacy requests. This policy describes the Windows desktop version and this information website.
Local recordings and projects
Screen recordings, imported videos, webcam media, project settings, captions, proxy files, and recovery snapshots are processed and stored on your computer. Signing in does not upload these files. You control your recording and project locations. Local OCR and media processing operate on demand; privacy-mask suggestions are not guaranteed to find every sensitive item. Some caption models and optional extension resources may require downloads.
Optional Google sign-in
Google sign-in uses Supabase Authentication. The requested Google information is limited to your account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture, using the basic openid, email, and profile scopes. ZEDFRAME does not request access to Gmail, Drive, your contacts, or your Google files.
Supabase stores account identity and authentication information to create and maintain your account and sign-in sessions. The desktop app stores the session needed to keep you signed in in its local application profile. Anyone with access to your operating-system account or application profile may be able to access locally stored application data; protect your Windows account and sign out on shared computers. Your Google password is entered only on Google's sign-in pages, never in ZEDFRAME.
Authentication providers and hosting services may process IP addresses, browser/device information, security events, and service logs to operate and protect their services. See Google's Privacy Policy and Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Data use and sharing
Google information is used to identify your account and operate authentication. It is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or provided to AI model training. ZEDFRAME's use and transfer of Google information will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Opening Telegram links, installing extensions, downloading models, or separately using another service connects you to that provider, whose own policies apply. Optional feedback or diagnostic reports, if available, are sent only when you choose to submit them. Diagnostic reports are limited to allowed technical fields, not your video content or local file paths. Cloud sharing is not enabled in this desktop release; no cloud-upload capability is implied by signing in.
Retention and your choices
Local files and recovery snapshots remain on your computer until you remove them using the app's available controls or your file manager. Removing or signing out of an account does not automatically delete local projects. Account identity is kept to operate your account until you request account deletion, subject to security, backup, and applicable legal retention requirements. You can request account access, correction, or deletion through the contact address above. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes with your request. There is currently no in-app account-deletion screen.
You can disconnect ZEDFRAME's Google access in your Google Account connections. Disconnecting does not by itself delete the account record or local recordings. Signing in is optional for local recording and editing.
This website and changes
This information site has no sign-in form or advertising analytics. Its hosting provider may retain ordinary web-access and security logs. Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
